Writer Bio
I am a student at Texas A&M University, class of 2023. I study aerospace engineering and am pursuing a minor in astrophysics! I also serve as an editor for Explorations, am a member of Chi Alpha Student Ministries, the university-wide undergraduate research journal and am currently an intern for NASA. I love stargazing, playing bass guitar, and reading!
Research Interests
Astrophysics
The complexities of space and our universe are very interesting to me! I want to better understand the celestial objects in our galaxy and beyond. Specifically, I want to better understand the chemical composition of various kinds of stars and how that influences their stellar evolution and attributes.
Space Systems Engineering
I am interested in discovering new innovations in space architecture, technologies, and integration techniques through the intersection of space system design, systems engineering, and artificial intelligence.
Social Sciences
Being able to uncover the intricacies of societies and social relationships is very fascinating, especially as we plan to plant colonies on other celestial bodies like the Moon and Mars. Understanding how individuals will act in specific situations will be influential in the success of any extraterrestrial societies.
